What real broker reviews discuss
Withdrawal experience
Did the broker request new KYC at withdrawal time? How long did broker-side processing take? Were any fees deducted?
Customer support response
Live chat, email, phone — response time and quality. Was support reachable when it mattered, or only at deposit time?
Platform stability & execution
Slippage, requotes, server downtime, mobile app reliability. Was execution as expected during high-volatility events?
Fees and spreads in practice
Advertised vs. real spreads on majors and exotics. Hidden charges? Overnight swap costs? Inactivity fees?
Account opening & KYC
How long did onboarding take? What documents were required? Any unexpected verification steps later in the relationship?
Dispute resolution
If something went wrong — incorrect P&L, blocked withdrawal, "bonus" terms — was the broker willing to engage in good faith?

How to spot fake reviews (anywhere)
Generic praise without specifics, all reviews posted within a narrow window, identical phrasing across reviewers, profile pictures that look like stock photos, no negative feedback at all, suspicious timing right after a regulatory action, or one-line "great broker fast withdrawals!" reviews with no detail.
